Our mission is to create spaces where people encounter Jesus, grow as disciples, and experience healing and wholeness through Christ-centered community and service.
Scripture: Isaiah 61:1-3

To see lives transformed by the grace of Jesus Christ—set free from sin, renewed in mind and heart, and formed into whole and holy disciples.
Nicole Oh is the lead pastor of Grace Victory and a devoted servant of Jesus Christ with a heart for spiritual formation and whole-person healing. She is passionate about helping people grow deeper in faith and experience freedom in Christ in every area of life.
She graduated from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in 1997 with a master’s degree in religion. During her time there, she met her husband, Jin Oh. She is currently continuing her theological education at Wesley Biblical Seminary, further deepening her grounding in Wesleyan theology and biblical scholarship.
Nicole and Jin have built a Christ-centered family. They raised their son, Joshua, who is now married to Songbee. Both Joshua and Songbee are ordained in the Global Methodist Church. They are blessed with their grandson, Kai. They also raised their daughter, Noelle, who now serves faithfully as a nurse.
Nicole has served in ministry for many years through preaching, teaching, discipleship, and pastoral care. Her calling is to encourage others toward spiritual maturity, emotional health, and a deeper walk with Christ.

Grace Victory Congregation is a people committed to following Jesus Christ with wholehearted devotion. We stand firmly on the authority of the Bible as the unchanging Word of God, even when it challenges the shifting values of our culture. Our desire is not simply to attend church, but to live as faithful disciples who reflect Christ in every area of life.
In the city of Millville, we strive to be a visible and vibrant witness of God’s grace and truth. We seek to love one another deeply and sincerely, and from that love, extend Christ’s compassion to our neighbors and community. We believe the Gospel is not only proclaimed with words but demonstrated through relationships, service, and sacrificial care.
Grace Victory is more than a congregation—it is a tight-knit family of God. Through seasons of difficulty and testing, God has brought unity, healing, and deeper trust among us. What could have divided us has instead refined us and drawn us closer together in Christ.
Our older generations have faithfully modeled perseverance, humility, and love. They have served as spiritual mothers and fathers, guiding and encouraging those who come behind them. In turn, our younger generations seek to honor and care for them, creating a beautiful picture of mutual love, respect, and shared responsibility within the body of Christ.
Together, we are growing in grace, standing in truth, and walking in the victory that is ours through Jesus Christ.

The Global Methodist Church exists to make disciples of Jesus Christ and spread scriptural holiness across the globe.
At the heart of the Global Methodist Church is a deep desire to surrender fully to the one true God—the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit—and to live out a passionate devotion to what matters most to Him.
Empowered by the Holy Spirit, we envision a worldwide movement of disciples who worship passionately, love extravagantly, and witness boldly. Jesus calls us to love God wholeheartedly and our neighbors as ourselves, and we strive to embody His extravagant love in all we do.
We are entrusted with a lifesaving, transforming message and are committed to sharing the whole counsel of God with all peoples—boldly, fearlessly, and with unwavering faith.
Rooted in Scripture and led by the Spirit, we seek to advance God’s Kingdom in every culture and community. As a global church, we value the gifts of every member, walking together in mutual love, humility, and service—especially toward the vulnerable—as we partner in God’s mission to make disciples of Jesus Christ and transform the world.
